by Wilton, these gel food coloring is what I like to use because they give a true color without adding too much moisture to your fondant or gum paste.

by Ateco, these food coloring markers have good fine tips for making thin lines. They come in a nice variety of colors that stay true and bright.

This is what I use on my work surface to prevent my fondant and gum paste from sticking. I prefer this as it helps prevent my items from drying out too soon.

by Wilton is what I use to support my free standing cake decorations. The 8 inch size is long enough and easy to trim if a shorter size is needed.

Plus these are a much safer option than using wooden sticks. Lots of times people bite into cake decorations without thinking there is something non-edible inside them.

Because I don't use toothpicks or wires for my decorations. Nobody wants to bite into a cake decoration and get stabbed in the mouth with a hidden toothpick. Ouch! Keep your cake decorations safe for everyone.

Dry Spaghetti can be used as an edible alternative to toothpicks

Cake Plates & Stacking

by Wilton, these cake plates are used for the upper layers of a multi layer cake. These plates should be the same size as the cake layer so they are hidden under the cake.

by Wilton, these boxes work well for multi layer cakes or taller cakes. They have a good sturdy bottom and the top of the box can be taped to the side walls therefore allowing it hold almost a 12in tall cake.

by Wilton, these pillars are used for supporting the second and third layer of a cake. These pillars interlock with Wilton's separator plate, therefore making a strong foundation.

by Wilton, these plates are used for supporting the second and third layer of a cake. These separator plates interlock with Wilton's 6-inch hidden pillars, therefore making a strong foundation.

is a fake cake that can be decorated to look like a real cake. It can be used by itself or in addition to a real cake when someone wants a multi tier cake but does not have that many people to feed.
